Elizabeth McMachan obtained her real estate license at the age of 20, where she started her career as a property manager for several residential buildings located in Greenwich and Ridgefield, CT as well as New York, NY. Elizabeth was also responsible for ensuring all available apartments and storefronts were rented, and maintained a goal of 100% occupancy rate.
Elizabeth career expands to Real Estate development. She personally constructed two condominium projects in Greenwich, CT. In addition she has converted apartment buildings into condominiums.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Greenwich, CT. She graduated from Greenwich High School and attended Manhattanville College and Fairfield University. After living in Greenwich her whole life, Elizabeth knows Greenwich is a great place for families. She has raised her four children in Greenwich. In addition to traveling between houses, Elizabeth also has a background in travel management and can assist in relocation at home and abroad, having visited many countries.
